Welcome to the MagBud Volunteer System!

Festival Info
Festival: MagnoliaFest
Dates: Oct 23rd to Oct 26th
Registration: closed

Registration is closed!

IMPORTANT:
Please read the following throughly as procedures and policies have changed.

We have come a long way in the last decade.  Together we have grown and learned how to run these festivals like a well oiled machine.  Most of us have put our sweat, our hearts and our souls into being MagnoliaBuds and are part of a large family with a lot of Love because of it.

As our family has grown we have had many changes.  Now it is time to adjust to those changes and make a few that will benefit the whole family.

After evaluating our work process for festival operations, we came up with a more efficient way of managing our departments.  Therefore, we have drastically reduced the number of volunteer positions.
Please don’t take it personally if your application is declined.  We have a greater number of excellent, proven volunteers than we now have positions available.  And just because you don’t get accepted this time does not mean there is not a place for you next time or in the future.

First priority in placement will be given to outstanding volunteers from previous festivals.
Flexibility is important!  Attitude is even more important!

Volunteers will work a minimum of three (3) shifts that are four hours long each for a total minimum of 12 hours.

In exchange, you will receive your full festival ticket which includes camping, a coupon for a discounted t-shirt, and the good feeling of meeting new people and working with the other great volunteers.

Staff will work a minimum of 20 hours and be prepared to work as a team player for as long as you are needed.  This is not new to most staff.  If this is news to you, then you may have been in one of the positions we had overstaffed.  In exchange for your sweat and loyalty you will receive all the benefits of being a MagnoliaBud and have backstage access.

If you are already a MagBud, you may register for this festival by logging in with your email and password.

Allow 2 weeks for us to notify you by email with the status of your application.

New Volunteers:
Because of our reorganization, there will be very few, if any, new volunteers accepted for this festival.   If you are interested in future volunteer positions, please go ahead and apply so we can have you on record.  This will increase your chances in the future.

Thanks for your time.  Remember that Music Matters!
