Welcome to the MagBud Volunteer System!

IMPORTANT: Please read the following thoroughly.

Flexibility is important! Attitude is even more important!

First priority in placement will be given to outstanding volunteers from previous festivals. Please don’t take it personally if your application is declined. We have a greater number of excellent, proven volunteers than we now have positions available. And just because you don’t get accepted this time does not mean there is not a place for you next time or in the future.

Volunteers will work a minimum of  ***15 hours***.  PLEASE NOTE THIS CHANGEThe number of shifts will be determined by the shift length of the department you are assigned.  In exchange, you will receive your full festival ticket which includes camping, a discounted t-shirt, and the good feeling of meeting new people and working with the other great volunteers.

Staff will work a minimum of 20 hours and be prepared to work as a team player for as long as you are needed.  In exchange for your sweat and loyalty you will receive all the benefits of being a MagnoliaBud and have backstage access.

If you are already a MagBud, you may register for this festival by logging in with your email and password.

Allow 2 weeks for us to notify you by email with the status of your application. If you are not receiving emails after completing registration, be sure to check your spam filter and/or bulk mail folder! This system requires that you can receive emails from us. Thanks!
